Hospital Foundation sets Fundraiser for March 22
Save the date for Plumas Health Care
Foundation’s second annual Denim & Diamonds Dance Party, set for Saturday,
March 22 at the Veteran’s Hall in Quincy.
The fun starts at 7 pm and is best summed up “throw on your best pair of jeans, add some ‘bling’ and come have a good time”. Guests can wear their denim or wear their diamonds or both! And faux diamonds are perfectly acceptable!
The local group, Stratus, is on deck to provide live dance music.
The first Denim & Diamonds Dance Party took place in 2013. The fundraising event was the brainchild of a senior at Quincy High School who planned the event in collaboration with Plumas Health Care Foundation to meet her senior project requirements. It went over so well, that members of the Foundation added it to their fundraising repertoire for 2014.
Admission is $20 per person and includes appetizers. A no-host bar and silent auction are also planned. Tickets are available at Carey Candy and Pangaea.
